Vail Resorts has announced prices for its 2026/27 Epic Pass products will increase after October 7th, 2026. Historical trends suggest the price of an adult Epic Pass will likely rise $30 to $1,175, and an adult Epic Local Pass prices will go up $20 to $869.

These estimates are based on an analysis of past trends showing that, for each of the last three seasons, Vail Resorts increases Epic Pass prices in October by the same amount as they do in May of the same year.

The price adjustment aligns with Vail Resorts’ typical mid-October increase ahead of the winter season. Based on previous years, a final price change is likely in mid-November, before pass sales close in early December.

Note: Vail resorts has a tendency of providing a 24-30 hour grace period after their announced deadlines before increasing prices. So, if you miss the published deadline, you may still have a short window to buy at the lower price.
